About Verna
Local knowledge is priceless when it comes to investing in new territory. Keeping up with an ever-changing real estate market is a full-time challenge that Verna has embraced. Let her share the town she has always called home with you.
Verna was raised in McCall working at Shore Lodge, skiing at Brundage and competing with her pony at the Valley County Fair. After earning her business degree from Michigan State University, her career thrived in the resort development industry. Working for more than twenty years in Utah, Oregon and California, she gained experience in the various markets and expanded her knowledge of resort community dynamics. Working for quality organizations such as Hyatt and Wyndham influences the service level that she delivers today.
She currently has her license in Idaho, and has previously had real estate licenses in Oregon and California. Verna is a top producer in the Mountain Central real estate community with over 28 million in sales in 2021. She has represented the developers with Silverpine Village, Alpine Village, Valley Knolls and Hearthstone in the recent years. Today she enjoys combining the experience of her past with the thrill of sharing Idaho’s wonders with others.
Having returned to McCall as a full-time resident in 2004, her ties to the community were never severed as her family has remained in McCall since her upbringing. Her father served as McCall’s mayor during the early 90’s, and today Verna gives back to her home town by serving St. Luke’s McCall Medical Center as a director on the Hospital Foundation Board and the St. Luke’s Health System’s External Relations Committee. After living in many beautiful places, she is happier than ever to be home again. She has returned to skiing at Brundage and playing in great outdoors that Valley County provides. And of course, she is closer to her 98 year-old mother who still lives in Verna’s childhood home. Let her share the place she calls home with you.
